My work for Songsheet consisted of an email marketing series that discussed the nature of employee motivation and the process of allowing workers to act as an orchestra -- each person with a specific part to play in the whole. The two parts included here are the first and sixth episodes that provide an overview of the series and discuss knowledge workers.
